We could tell you that our metal buildings are among the best quality on the market, but that statement is empty without something to back it up. Don’t just take our word for it! Prime Steel Structures is proud to stand behind our steel buildings, and we show our confidence in our products by offering some of the best warranties and guarantees in the industry, bar none. Below is further information about our warranties and guarantees, demonstrating our confidence in the lasting quality your new steel building will deliver.

10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STEEL PANELS

If there are any material defects or failures within the steel panels during the first 10 years of ownership, Carport Creationswill replace the panels at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover normal fading and oxidation of the paint.

UPGRADE OPTION: 40-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STEEL PANELS

For 10% of the full purchase price of your metal building, you have the option of upgrading to a full 40-year limited warranty on your steel panels. Terms of the warranty are the same as are listed above over 40 years rather than 10.

12-MONTH WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the quality of the construction, anchors, welding, attachment, or any other aspect of your metal building within the first 12 months of ownership, Carport Creations will rectify the problem at no cost to you.

20-YEAR RUST-THROUGH WARRANTY ON ALL STRUCTURAL TUBING

If the steel tubing used to support the structure of your steel building should ever rust to the point of weakness or failure within the first 20 years of ownership, Carport Creations will replace the failed parts at no cost to you.
